These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LocCoach iOS app ("LocCoach", "the app"). By using LocCoach, you agree to these Terms.
LocCoach helps you track and care for your locs: it analyzes photos you provide to estimate your loc stage and condition, generates a personalized weekly care routine, tracks your progress over time, and offers an AI coach chat for care-related questions.
LocCoach and its AI features provide general hair care guidance only. Nothing in the app is medical advice, and LocCoach does not diagnose medical conditions. If the app flags a possible scalp injury, infection, or significant hair loss, or if you have any concern about your scalp or hair health, consult a qualified dermatologist or physician.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during onboarding and profile setup.
You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to disrupt its operation, reverse-engineer its AI pipelines, or use it to upload content you don't have the right to share.
Analysis results, routines, and chat replies are generated by AI models and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your own judgment, and consult a professional for anything health-related.
LocCoach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using LocCoach and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
